Scored leads. Three competitors, max. Pay when you accept.
Every brief is checked by a person before you see it, scored against your profile, and shown to no more than three matched 3PLs. You read the brief, then accept or pass. A lead that fails verification is credited back.
Six steps between a brand's brief and your quote.
A directory sells the same lead to ten operators. FulfillMatch sends it to three, verified, and only after a person has checked it.
Priced by the brand's volume band, charged on accept.
The band is set from verified monthly order volume. You see it before you decide. Priority operators pay 15% less on every band.

What an operator needs to be listed as Verified.
Verification is reviewed by an operator who runs a 3PL, not by a form. Five items, re-checked yearly.
The refund rule, in full.
You pay for a conversation with a real brand that matches the brief. If any of the four conditions on the right fails, the credit returns to your balance within two business days of the report. No forms beyond a one-line reason in the dashboard.
- The contact cannot be reached on the email or phone provided after three documented attempts over five business days.
- The verified order volume differs from the stated band by more than one band.
- The brand states it is not evaluating a 3PL within the timeline given in the brief.
- The same brief was already sold to you by FulfillMatch within the previous 90 days.
Before you apply.
How many other 3PLs see the same brief?
At most two others. Three is the ceiling per brief, and it is enforced in the system, not by policy. If fewer than three operators fit a brief, fewer receive it.
What do I see before I decide to accept?
The full brief: products, special handling, volume band, SKU count, channels, services, regions, timeline and the brand's notes. The company name and contact details are released on accept.
What is the standardized quote sheet?
One template every operator fills the same way: receiving, storage per pallet and per bin, first pick, additional pick, packaging, returns, kitting, minimums, onboarding fee, integrations included and order cut-off. Brands compare the three sheets side by side in their portal. You can attach your own proposal as well.
Where do the brands come from?
Search, content and paid acquisition run by FulfillMatch, plus referrals from ecommerce agencies and advisors. Our deepest demand today is in Florida, Georgia and Texas, which is also where our verified network is deepest.
Can I pause lead flow?
Yes. Pause from the dashboard at any time; your profile stays listed and your plan continues. Priority operators keep their included credits for the month they return.
Tell us about your operation.
An operator reviews every application. Expect a reply within two business days with the next step: the verification checklist and a call.
