The service

FulfillMatch matches ecommerce brands with third-party logistics providers ("3PLs"). We verify briefs, show each brief to no more than three verified 3PLs, and provide the quote-sheet, portal and dashboard tools. We are not a party to any agreement between a brand and a 3PL, and we do not provide fulfillment services ourselves. Operator: FulfillMatch, Orlando, Florida; built and hosted by Mentes Inc. Brands

• The service is free for brands.
• You confirm the brief is accurate and that you are authorized to request quotes for the company named.
• By submitting a brief you agree to be contacted by up to three matched 3PLs about that brief.
• Quote sheets are provided by the 3PLs; FulfillMatch does not guarantee their accuracy or any outcome.

3PL operators

• Access to leads requires an approved application, a current plan, and compliance with the verification requirements (insurance, references, proven integrations, one-business-day response commitment).
• Lead credits are charged when you accept a brief. Accepted leads that fail our verification are credited back. Leads that you accept and do not pursue are not refunded.
• You may not share brief data outside your company, resell it, or contact a brand about a brief you did not accept.
• Plans renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
• We may suspend or remove a 3PL for missed response commitments, misrepresentation, or complaints from brands.

Acceptable use

No scraping, no automated submissions, no false briefs, no attempts to identify brands from masked briefs, no uploading of malicious content. We use anti-abuse measures including rate limiting.

Intellectual property

The platform, its design and software belong to FulfillMatch and Mentes Inc. 3PL profiles and quote sheets remain the 3PL's content; brands own their briefs. Each grants us the license needed to operate the service.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, FulfillMatch is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to a 3PL is limited to the fees that 3PL paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes are heard in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after a change means acceptance. Material changes are announced by email to account holders.
